Annual Report to Governor due Dec. 1.

The Governor established the Maryland Commission for Celebration 2000 in June 1997 (Executive Order 01.01.1997.02). The Commission will lead efforts statewide to plan, coordinate, and implement celebrations marking the dawn of the new millenium.
